This week I was inspired by one of my favorite blogs, Otherworldly. I have always found words to be extremely interesting, and how specific one can get by using just the right word to describe a feeling, a place, a person, etc. The word I was inspired by for this photo story is Komorebi, which is a Japanese word to describe how sunlight looks when filleting through the trees. On a sunny afternoon I grabbed my camera and strolled through my tree-filled backyard, meditating on that word and how it described what I was visually seeing.
